About the Role: Performance Marketing professional at Holistique Beauty Pvt. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns focused on performance and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately contributing to our revenue growth through well-executed digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels, focusing on Meta, YouTube, and Google.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
Assist in budget allocation and monitor campaign expenditures to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, user experience, and conversion rates.
Support the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement and increase revenue.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine and improve marketing tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to keep marketing efforts cutting edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, particularly within digital marketing or e-commerce settings.
Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
Strong analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Familiarity with A/B testing, market analysis, and campaign management.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, thriving in collaborative multi-disciplinary environments.
A relentless passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to engage in continuous learning and development.
